This tequila punch is light, fresh, and perfect for springtime — a perfect poolside or beach-blanket drink. You can easily double it to serve a crowd; just be sure to strain the mixture into a new pitcher after mixing and chilling.
To make it a day drink, you can mix the cocktail with equal parts sparkling water. Just make sure the mixture is ice cold before serving! We like this drink with chips and guacamole or a tropical salsa. It’s also lovely paired with seafood.
